Nicky is an experienced Sports Massage & Soft Tissue Therapist treating ALL the bodies' soft tissues - our muscles, tendons, ligaments and fascia (the connective tissues that bind us together!).  

Nicky assesses and treats you individually - creating a personalised Massage treatment - using advanced hands-on Massage and Myofascial Release techniques.  

The aim is always to help you achieve your goals by releasing your muscular and soft tissue tension, improve your flexibility, mobility and function, enhance your recovery and prevent injury so you can enjoy the activities you love!
