About me

My own personal desire to live life to the full started me on my journey of re-training as a Sports Massage and Remedial Therapist.

Being a mum and reaching the milestone of my 2 children starting school my husband and I had more time to follow our own sporting pursuits, however I rapidly realised my body wasn’t quite as forgiving as it used to be! I am an outdoor lover and current sporting interests include triathlons,
mountain biking, skiing and keeping up with my children. So my quest was to learn more about my body, how it moves, where niggles and aches come from and why, how to keep fit and continually push myself and remain injury free. I studied  and continue to study professionally and I am here to help you!

I am qualified with a BTEC Level 5 in Sport and Remedial Massage Therapy at the highly regarded North London School of Sports Massage (NLSSM). I am professionally insured and a member of the Sports Massage Association (SMA).
